We make our dental crowns from highly aesthetic ceramics in our own laboratory. Veneers are made
in the laboratory and can also be made in
the so-called non-prep process.
Wisdom Teeth
Many patients are afraid of having wisdom teeth removed. I am aware of this and the well-being of my patients is my top priority.
I have a lot of experience with patients
and I also offer the option of sedation
(twilight sleep) so that you can be as
relaxed as possible during the operation.
My tip: Bring your favourite music and headphones.
Dental Implants
The optimal care of gaps between teeth and edentulous regions of the jaw is achieved through the use of dental implants. A local anaesthetic ensures that you do not feel any pain while surgery is performed.
After an initial healing phase,
the implants are fitted with tooth-coloured
crowns (mostly made of zirconium oxide)
or prostheses to give you back
your radiant smile.
Immediate Implant
Every case is unique.
My goal is always to combine surgical processes effectively, to perform any procedure in the
most tissue-friendly as possible.
I analyse the jaws and teeth in detail
before every treatment, including with the help of a three-dimensional X-ray (DVT) and 3D Intraoralscanner in order to find out whether an immediate implantation is possible or whether surgery has to be carried out in two steps.
A major advantage of immediate implantation
is that the affected jawbone does not reduce after tooth extraction, which would make implantation more difficult later on. At the same time, the extracted tooth is prepared so that it can be used as a fine powder for bone augmentation.
Teeth in one day
on dental implants (All-on-6)
By means of 3D scanning technology, 3D printing processesand prior, precise 3D planning (with digital volume tomography), we can now place implants in
the jaw in just one day (immediate implantation)
and attach fixed teeth to them on the same day
(immediate restoration).
We cooperate with master laboratories (Nobledent) which produce special navigated drilling templates for us. With the help of preoperative planning, the implants are positioned exactly in the jaw.
Ideally, six implants are placed per jaw (All-on-6), however four implants is also possible in
some cases (All-on-4).
The new teeth are then screwed onto the
new teeth are screwed onto the implants on the same day.
Bone Augmentation
After the loss of teeth,
the jawbone is reduced by a natural resorption process. This makes the subsequent provision of dental implants more difficult. Various techniques are available to regenerate the lost bone: Reconstruction can be carried out with the patient's own bone, donor bone or synthetic materials.
Ideally, an implant is placed immediately after a tooth extraction to prevent natural bone loss
(immediate implant placement).
I will advise you on the best treatment options for you individually.
Titanium or Ceramic?
Titanium is considered a very well-tolerated material. Nevertheless, some people may experience inflammatory rejection due to
hypersensitivity to titanium particles.
To protect you from such hypersensitivity,
I offer the following alternatives to titanium:
white ceramic implants made of zirconium
dioxide. These are very tissue-friendly and
carry no risk of no risk of an immunological reaction.
In order to be able to exclude possible incompatibilities, there is the possibility of a blood test before the treatment. For this purpose, I work together with
the renowned IMD laboratory in Berlin.
